There are, no rollbacks and no desk fees to pay so our agents can keep more of their commission (everybody is happy).

Our agents are mobile. We enable and encourage our agents to work from home or the road by providing tools that include full access to email, e-fax, customer relationship management, transaction management, and the MLS - everything they need to work from wherever they are.
No Floor Time or Up Desk Requirements
We respect our agents, and we don’t ask them to answer the phones for free. We have a full time, fully trained, non-competing call coordinator to answer our customers calls and put them in touch with our agents as quickly as possible - wherever they are. Our agents get qualified ‘up desk calls’ in their market - without having to play receptionist for other agents - and our agents get all their own listing calls - ALWAYS.
